Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally, we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. If this is the case, we will call the day before to confirm that someone will be at the party location.

Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That’s why we require an outlet within 50 feet of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy-duty cords.

We love setting up at parks but some parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park, you must rent a generator. 

We take the full payment at the time of booking. That said, if there is an issue with that we can take a non-refundable deposit or work out other options. Just call us to work out a plan.

Please note the space required for each jump (listed near the large picture) as some are VERY big and require extra space. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. Jumps need room to be staked and they need room for the blower and can’t rub against walls or trees as this may damage the jump. The sizes listed with each jump include the space needed for stakes, etc. If you are unsure about the size needed or usability of your space, please call us to work out set up options. 

Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us IMMEDIATELY so we can remedy the situation. If, however damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) using silly string or marking, cutting the unit you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc., which can cost thousands of dollars. Again please contact us immediately if any damage occurs to prevent further damages. We do have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.

There are slightly different safety rules for each unit. We send a copy of the rules and contract when you finalize your reservation or you can ask us for a copy by emailing us at support@wilderpartysupplies.com or call us at 8143154125.

To cancel or reschedule, sufficient notice must be given – at least 48 hours prior to start of your event. Cancellation of event with less than 48 hour notice forfeits entire deposit. Cancellation after set-up has begun forfeits any refund. Postponement of event with at least 1-week notice may entitle you to use all of your deposit towards a timely rescheduled event at our discretion. Any rescheduled event is subject to availability of activities at the time of notification of postponement. If we need to cancel your party due to weather we can either offer a reschedule or a refund of the deposit minus the 5% processing fee for credit cards or checks.

a 25% deposit is required to reserve your rental and date. total payment is due 3 days before your event. We will send reminder E-mails to you periodically before your event as well.

Delivery is free within 20 miles of Wesleyville PA with a purchase of $100 or more. After that if you enter your address on a quote it will give you a fee based on distance. If you have any questions regarding delivery please call and we will be happy to help!
